How can NMPBX be £1.05 per user, per month?
We own and operate the underlying platform and sell direct, with no resellers taking a cut. On Unlimited you simply pay the per-user cost with your UK calls included; on Pay As You Call you pay the user licence plus the calls you actually make. Every feature, including the AI, comes with both plans. The only difference is how you pay for calls. We're not loss-leading, we're just cheaper.
Will I have to change my phone numbers?
No. We port every number across as part of the switch. Geographic, non-geographic, freephone, international, all handled. You keep what you have.
Can I keep my existing handsets?
In most cases, yes. Most modern SIP-compatible handsets will work, though we'll always check yours to be sure. If your kit is particularly old, new handsets are available as a hardware add-on at £1 per user, per month. We don't push handset rental for the sake of it.
What happens if I'm mid-contract with another provider?
Send us the contract. We'll read the exit clauses, work out the genuine cost of leaving, and give you a clear picture of whether and when it makes sense to move. Plenty of our customers came across mid-contract.
Is the AI doing anything weird with my call data?
No. Audio is processed in UK data centres, transcripts and sentiment scores belong to you, and nothing is used to train third-party models. Full DPA available before signature.
Do you only work with East Anglia businesses?
That's our backyard, but no, we work with businesses of all sizes right across the UK. Our support team is UK-based and we can deploy nationally, with on-site visits included where they're needed.
What if I'm not happy after switching?
Every contract comes with a three-month satisfaction guarantee from day one. If we don't deliver what we promised in those first three months, you can leave with your numbers and we won't argue about an early-termination fee. To date, not a single customer has ever needed to.
